CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Swmpa Candles, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We have a flexible cancellation, return, and refund policy designed to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Terms and Conditions:
- Order once placed cannot be changed.
- Colours of the product may be a shade lighter or darker due to the lighting.
- For any exchange, refund, pictures are compulsory within 3 days of product delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
There shall be no Cancellations for orders.
Company’s Right to Cancel an Order:
Swmpa Candles reserves the right to cancel any order under specific circumstances. The receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee the final acceptance of your order. We may choose to accept or decline an order for various reasons.
Although our online stock inventory is updated automatically, we reserve the right to inform you of any shortfall in the quantity you ordered. We will do so through phone, email, or mobile text, providing prior notice. In such cases, we may either supply you with less than the ordered quantity or cancel the order.
In the event of cancellation, we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours.
Returns, Replacement, and Refunds:
1.How to Initiate a Return:
Swmpa Candles offers an ‘Easy return policy’ that allows you to request a return or exchange for a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns, so you can request a return for one or multiple products from your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@swmpacandles.com or @swmpacandles on Instagram, mentioning your Order ID. We request that you take a photograph of the product and email it to us for reference.
Our team will arrange the product pickup within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will commence upon receiving the unused and undamaged products.
2.Conditions Not Eligible for Returns:
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is used or altered.
The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
The serial number is tampered with.
The return request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
The product is provided for free by the brand.
3.Damaged Product Received:
In the rare event that you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, please return the package to the delivery person if it is damaged before delivery.
If a product you have ordered is not received in good condition, damaged, or defective, please contact us at support@swmpacandles.com or @swmpacandles on instagram mentioning your Order ID. Take a photograph or video of the damaged/defective product and email it to us for reference.
We will issue a refund or provide a brand new replacement at no additional cost for all valid complaints. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
4.Partial Order Return:
Yes, you can return part of your order. A return can be initiated at the item level, allowing you to return/replacement/refund individual items from your order.
However, any product being returned must be returned in full, including all components, as well as any complimentary gifts or products that were included.
5.Refund Processing Time:
In the case of a return, replacement, or refund, we will process the refund after the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
